“Milestone Achieved: Five US Women Break into WTA’s Top 15 After Two Decades”
"Gauff, Pegula, Collins, Keys, and Navarro Lead American Tennis Resurgence"

NEW YORK, July 15 – The United States Tennis Association (USTA) announced a historic moment on Monday as five American players have entered the top 15 rankings of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) for the first time in twenty years.
Leading this resurgence is world number two Coco Gauff, with Jessica Pegula close behind at sixth, and Danielle Collins making an impressive climb to ninth, marking a standout season. Madison Keys holds the fourteenth spot, while Emma Navarro secured a career-high fifteenth ranking after her breakthrough performance in reaching her first major quarter-final at Wimbledon.
This achievement harks back to May 24, 2004, when five American women, led by Lindsay Davenport at fourth in the world, last dominated the top 15 rankings.
